We believe the expertise on how to effectively and nonviolently resist repression and illiberalism in Europe is out there. Yet, it is too often hidden behind paywalls, saved in internal reports or stuck in the intangible institutional or communal memory. This library serves as a platform to make this expertise accessible to all engaged in the struggle.
